She has worked with corporate groups, Provincial and Federal Government groups, First Nations people, educators, parents and students, palliative care providers, seniors’ groups, non-profits, mental health professionals and clients, and prison inmates among others.
Invited by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg and the Center for Nonviolent Communication to facilitate at several 9-day international intensive sessions, Penny has expanded her experience and knowledge to include international clients. In 2003, she was commissioned by the Province of British Columbia to re-write sections of the Nonviolent Communication Companion Workbook to incorporate workplace situations. She is currently one of three assessors for North and South America for the certification of CNVC trainers.
“I have experienced Penny Wassman’s depth of knowledge in Nonviolent Communication and can say without question that her dedication, knowledge and ability to share this work will enable those who are intent on enhancing their connection with others to enrich those communications, both personal and professional.”
