Join us for four days of nonviolent communication (NVC) workshops with trainer Ingrid Bauer in the beautiful Ruckle Provincial Park on Salt Spring Island. There will be six hours of training, an empathy group and three delicious vegetarian meals each day.

Ingrid has studied NVC since 2000, when she was she was thrilled to find a practice that supported her desire to live compassionately and grow world peace from the roots. Ingrid has been a certified trainer of NVC since 2006 and lives on Salt Spring Island with her family of six.
