Independent Facilitators Rosemary Renstad and Wendy Noel warmly invite you to join us us for 8-week Empathic Communication Practice Series. We will be working primarily with two NVC "forms": the Empathy Circle and Coherence Circle, introduced to us by NVC Certified trainer Robert Gonzales, and Sarah Peyton (uncertified), respectively. We will also role-play scenerios with “classical” NVC to get greater ease and fluidity with establishing heart-connection in the moment, and in challenging situations.

Newcomers with open hearts most welcome to come and try this group! ~ We take an immersion approach to learning the language of compassion. ☺ Group will close on the third session.
