Inviting Wholeness, Sharing Power:
A 6-month exploration of Compassionate Communication, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Restorative Systems
with Eric Bowers and Mika Maniwa
With our passions for authentic connection and interdependent community, we are excited to offer a six-month program to invite wholeness and share power within ourselves, with others, and as a community.
This six-month program will include five weekend meetings, four optional meetings, and ongoing empathy calls. The program will be a rich combination of learning through planned and spontaneous exercises, roleplays, games, and discussions, and learning through how we interact with each other while building our community. In other words we intend to learn together while co-creating a meaningful sense of community in which we organically explore inviting wholeness and sharing power.

I’m inspired by how NVC, IPNB and Restorative Systems support people to find their aliveness and power and share it in ways that work for everyone.
Mika Maniwa, Independent Facilitator
I care deeply about building community and am fascinated by the challenges of connecting across differences. In this program I want to embrace conflict and support mutual understanding.
