Join us in an exploration of how to increase our effectiveness in social change work through Nonviolent Communication (NVC). NVC methods help clarify the changes we want and express our needs and requests from a place of power. We'll explore how to deal with the intense emotions (e.g., frustration, disappointment, anger) that arise in social change work.
