My passion is to help people live a life that nurtures them & reflects their values. I offer this workshop to community organizations, companies & families to bring more ease to individuals as they face challenging situations. I also bring 30 years of workplace experience related to ability management, coaching, counseling & conflict resolution to share.

Learn and discover how to:

-Explore how our values motivate us in every aspect of our life
-Be curious about self and others in the face of conflict;
-Express ourselves authentically aligning with our values;
-Make requests that are more likely to be heard;
-Enrich our relationships with ourselves & others;
-Be able to hear messages we don’t like without flipping out;
-Create an action plan for continued practice.

COMMUNICATION TOOLKIT WORKSHOP
This workshop is inspired by the work of Marshall Rosenberg who has written several books on nonviolent communication. The primary book is Nonviolent Communication, a Language of Life. In 1984 Dr. Rosenberg opened the Centre of Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) an organization focused on peaceful, honest communication. He has developed a process that is easy to learn and centered on connection to ourselves and others with compassion.

WORKSHOPS ARE DESIGNED WITH THESE ASSUMPTIONS:
As members of a community & in our various roles as parents, teachers, nurses, sons, daughters we long for meaningful, connection with people in our lives;
We want our children, clients, students, family & ourselves to thrive, be strong and hold onto our values - even in conflict.

For folks who have attended a workshop and would like a refresher they are welcome to attend at half price.
